Grades: K-4
Teacher: Coach Kemp & Caleb Berberich (on soccer day)

Three fun filled days of high activity. We will have a soccer game after working on skills and doing some fun drills. Then a day of Old Fashioned Games! Remember marbles, Jacks, hopscotch, and Spud? This is an opportunity for your children to experience this piece of American history with time honored games of fun, skill and development. Your children will enjoy these and other childhood games. Finally, we will enjoy a game of Dodgeball, in its many varieties, just because they love it.

Grades: 4-12
Teacher: Coach Kemp

Can you ever get enough Dodgeball? We'll be taking Dodgeball to a whole new level! Students will be playing Elimination Dodgeball as well as some of the classics like: Snowball, Prison, Battleship, Dynamite, Bear & Bunnies and Spy Doctor/Target. We will also do a small team tournament each day.

Grades: 4-12
Teacher: David C. Kemp

Coach's son David has culinary training from Johnson & Wales University and has two years training from The Old Stone Church in Castle Rock. Cooking will be taught and practiced with an explanation of the chemistry behind it. The class will include the proper cooking of vegetables, making ganache, cake baking, meat safety, mashed potatoes and the science behind salt; cooking for a delicious outcome! Price reflects the significant amount of wonderful food that will be prepared and consumed.

Grades: 2-12 (Students under age 10 will need a parent partner.)
Teacher: Debbie Kemp

Fun, wildly creative aprons will be the goal, while learning & practicing a wide variety of techniques. Aprons offer so many options and depending on individual skill levels, we'll work on gathering, simple appliqué, and patterns as well as developing an understanding of fabrics and fabric quality. Sewing and mending can develop into a great little home business for industrious students . Please bring a sewing machine, spool of white thread & simple sewing notions (pins, scissors, needles). Fun fabrics and ribbons will be provided.
